Hip hop changed my life, I grew up in the struggles of the U.S.!! To see hip hop give life to the mother land like it did for me in the states touches my soul. To be taken from Africa then brought to the states to be slaves, to breaking free & creating hip hop and having that be one of the things that helps free our brothers & sisters from the pain and war back in Africa shows me that hip hop was God send!!

Boiseweekly x The Bayliens x Liven Fire

A few weeks ago Space hooked up with old band mates from The Bayliens, and his and his other two boys Xienhow & Canibal Lecture to rock the 1st Annual Boise Music Fest.. After about a year of the Bayliens being disbanded the guys had to come back together to show the fans and eachother that true friendship, love for music & dream conquers all. After killing the stage, the boys got rushed by the fans and hit the people of Boise with some hand to hand combat and pushing over 300 CD’s, here is a video interview from the Boiseweekly and a few pics of some of our happy fans..
The Bayliens & Xienhow are back in Boise this weekend to play at the Soul Food Festival in Julia Davis Park on Saturday, Aug. 7, and possibly a club gig somewhere in town. Make sure to check ‘em out. It could be awhile before you see a group with that much energy again.
